Chapter 4 - Bianca’s first excuse
She said Emmie had been rude.
That was her defense socially.
Not legally.
According to Bianca:
The gift contained something that “did not belong at a child’s party.”
She tried to take it.
Emmie shouted:
“It’s mine!”
Bianca said:
“You don’t deserve everything.”
Emmie said:
“It’s my birthday.”
Then Bianca slapped her.
That version did not improve things.
When police asked why she struck a child, Bianca said:
“I reacted.”
Then:
“She kicked me.”
The video showed no kick.
Then:
“She scratched me.”
No.
Eventually her lawyer stopped the interview.
