I wanted Lenora removed as board chair immediately.
The other directors refused to act on anger alone.

Lenora.

Financial impact.
Tax exposure.
False records.
Within three weeks, the committee concluded:
Lenora had exceeded authority.
Misrepresented dependent eligibility.
Bypassed approval limits.
Caused inaccurate company records.
Recommended suspension.
Board vote:
Lenora suspended as chair.
She remained a shareholder.
She retained voting rights attached to shares except where conflict rules applied.
No one confiscated ownership.
She sued?
Not yet.
First she sent me a message:
Your father would be ashamed of you.
