Chapter 12 - The temporary protective order

I asked the court for a narrow protective order.
Against Clarissa:
No contact.
No approach.
No entering my residence.
No contact with my medical providers.
Against Dorian:
Different.
He was my husband.
No physical assault against me had occurred at the party.
But there was:
Forgery.
Coercive planning.
Financial movement.
The court issued temporary orders in the divorce case rather than treating every problem as domestic violence.
Dorian could not:
Dispose of significant marital assets outside ordinary expenses.
Change insurance beneficiaries.
Enter my temporary residence without consent.
Remove property from our home.
He was allowed communication through counsel regarding pregnancy logistics.
No custody order yet.
There was no child to schedule legally until birth.
That frustrated Clarissa.
She sent Dorian:
The court is letting her control everything.
He replied:
Stop messaging me about this. Discovery will see it.

Too late.
Discovery already had months.
