Chapter 24 - The divorce settles but custody does not

Our divorce settled before the final parenting order.
Property division:
I retained a substantial share of marital savings.
Dorian kept the house but refinanced to pay my equity share.
I received:
$312,000
from the home equalization after tracing his premarital down payment and marital appreciation.
Retirement divided according to negotiated percentages.
No alimony after both sides considered incomes and property.
Dorian’s future inheritance:
Not marital property because it did not exist.
Clarissa’s threats:
Legally irrelevant to division.
The Clement Street lease had expired unused.
Clarissa’s company lost the deposit and rent.
Not my problem.
Then the parenting issue remained.
Dorian wanted unsupervised visits after release.
I said:
“Not yet.”
His therapist and parenting supervisor reported progress.
No attempts to manipulate Maeve.
No contact with Clarissa during visits.
No disparagement.
But trust is not a light switch.
