Chapter 17 - Agatha claims alienation

Agatha’s attorney sent a letter alleging I was alienating Benson from his grandmother.

My attorney replied:

Contact restrictions arose after her criminal case and mutually agreed safety plan.

No campaign.

No negative coaching.

No refusal to permit every future possibility.

Just no unsupervised contact.

Agatha threatened grandparent visitation litigation.

Her counsel likely advised caution.

She had:

Recent battery conviction.

Recent food-withholding conduct.

No independent custodial role.

Two fit parents alive.

She did not file immediately.
