Chapter 24 - Victoria violates the order

Months later, Victoria emailed Hawthorne Ridge again.
Not to enroll.
To request records from prior application.
Allowed?
Possibly.
Then she told Sophie:
“When you’re older, you may still choose boarding.”
Not prohibited by itself.
But another message surfaced:
To Sophie’s phone:
Your father keeps you dependent because he needs you to need him.
That violated no-disparagement and emotional-burden provisions.
Daniel filed motion.
Victoria argued private parenting opinion.
Court disagreed.
Her overnight time was temporarily reduced for six weeks.
Not terminated.
Required additional co-parenting intervention.
She was furious.
Then she filed motion alleging Daniel was alienating Sophie by involving her with Noah and me.
Evidence?
Sophie visited Marconi estate twice monthly with Daniel.
She enjoyed Noah.
No coercion.
Motion denied.

Court warned both parents against serial litigation.
Primary conflict still active because Victoria could not stop framing relationships as competition.
