Chapter 21 - Ronan’s sentence

Ronan received:

Fourteen years on combined federal and state-coordinated counts after sentencing structure and credits.

The shooter received much longer.

Other participants received:

Prison.

Probation.

Fines.

Or immunity for substantial cooperation.

Julian was dead.

His conduct remained part of the public record.

No one could sentence him.

Clarissa later pleaded guilty federally to one obstruction/witness-tampering count in exchange for dismissal of broader conspiracy allegations prosecutors could not firmly prove.

Her federal sentence added:

Twenty months.

Partially consecutive to state custody.
