Everyone received corrected disclosures.
The fake Vance guarantee was formally repudiated.
Some investors walked.
Others stayed.
The development eventually opened under a different name.
I invested:
Zero dollars.
A reporter asked why.
I answered:
“Because I reviewed the project and declined.”
