Attempted grand theft relating to the clearly identified objects scheduled for removal.
Conspiracy with Julian to facilitate unauthorized transfer.
She was acquitted of:
One broader fraud count tied to the prospective buyers because no buyer had actually been induced to part with money.
She was also acquitted of one count involving the three watches because they were marked Phase 2 and no removal order had been issued for them.
Mixed.
Precise.
Then Julian.
His separate plea:
Felony attempted receipt/handling of property under fraudulent authorization reduced based on cooperation? Maybe too severe. Better misdemeanor commercial fraud/attempt facilitation with probation.
He pleaded to a lower-level attempted property facilitation offense.
Probation.
Fine.
